Portraits from Nepal 2013 A few of the faces from my travels in the foothills around Pokhara, Nepal It was pretty daunting to head out for a month solo to do photography volunteer work for an NGO I had no idea about. It was to profile some of the small croft farms who had put themselves forward to be listed as home stays for backpackers. To provide a traditional life style alternative to the smelly hotel rooms in Pokhara. Such warmth greeted me. Mainly by many of the women who live in an upside down patriarchal society.
