#ClassicoPartner Giving a childhood classic the most delicious upgrade but keeping it iconic with
@Classico four cheese alfredo sauce for those rich, rustic homemade flavors made with real, simple ingredients! Growing up, my mom would keep Classico in the pantry as her quick weeknight dinner staple, so I’m very excited to be partnering with them for this past week’s Sunday Supper – a super fun full circle moment!! 👉 Creamy Chicken Alfredo with Parmesan Chicken Cutlets: ingredients: · 1 1/2 lbs. Chicken Breasts Cutlets · 1 cup Flour · 1 tsp. EACH: Paprika, Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, & Dried Oregano · 3 large Eggs, beaten · 2 1/2 cups Panko Breadcrumbs · 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan · 2 cups Cooking Olive Oil · 1 jar Classico’s Four Cheese Alfredo · 12 oz. Tagliatelle Pasta Instructions: To Make the Alfredo: 1. Cook your tagliatelle pasta in salted boiling water according to package directions. If making from scratch, cook until it floats to the top, about 1-2 minutes. 2. Add @‌classicosauce’s Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce to a large skillet over medium heat. Stir as you warm it up. 3. Transfer the cooked pasta directly from the boiling water to the warmed Alfredo sauce. Cook another 1-2 minutes, adding a little pasta water as needed to help loosen the sauce. 4. Enjoy warm with the sliced parmesan chicken cutlets, fresh parsley, and lemon wedges! To Make the Chicken Cutlets: 1. If you can’t find pre-sliced chicken cutlets, you’ll want to slice your chicken breasts in half lengthwise or thinly slice into 2-3 pieces (depending on how thick the chicken is). 2. Use a meat hammer to tenderize the chicken and pound to about 1/4′′ thick. 3. Set up your station with three bowls. In the first bowl, mix the flour and seasonings together. In the second bowl, add the beaten eggs. In the third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and grated parmesan. 4. Dredge the chicken breasts in the flour mix, then the beaten eggs, then the breadcrumb mixture. Repeat with remaining chicken pieces. 5. Heat up the cooking olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat to 350F. 6. Cook for 4-6 minutes on each side, until crispy and golden brown. Remove to drain on a paper towel lined wire rack. 7. Keep warm in the oven at 250F for up to 1 hour before serving. #familydinner #comfortfoods #comfortfood #dinnerideas
