Personal Loaf Pan Focaccia’s! I always make this when I have extra dough from making pizza’s. They also make a cute gift for a friend or neighbour ☺️ One is topped with rosemary and flaky sea salt. The other is za’atar. Any additions is up to you. Here is my usual dough recipe: 5 cups all purpose flour 1 tsp instant yeast 1 tsp sugar 1⁄4 cup milk powder (optional) 1 tsp salt 1⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil 2 cups warm water In a stand mixer, mix all of the above the ingredients, until it forms into a smooth ball. Let it rise for two hours. In your loaf pan generously pour olive oil. I take a ball of dough, and let it rise in the loaf pan covered for about an hour. Top it however you like. Didn’t dimple it with your fingers a bit. If you want a higher focaccia, cover it and let it rise again for another half hour. Bake in a preheated 425° oven for about 15 minutes. Let it cool on a wire rack. #focaccia #zaatar #loafs
