A few more faves from a very fun afternoon with @spaceprincejulio and his office for the new issue of @nymag @curbed I’m always excited about assignments where I get to photograph other queer artists and share their stories. With this one, I was also eager to dive into how Julio pairs his passion for geometric and whimsical design with his dreamy and surreal humor in one space. I love art that is funny, serious, and asks questions all at the same time and Julio’s work is definitely that. It was so fun to explore the nooks and crannies of this space (literally, like the teeny package room in a small cube inside the work area surface, and the little well and water skier just next to the faucet on his desk leg).
