After four months of uncertainty and fear, I was able to guide this sweet boy into our world. Safely and joyfully. To say I feel grateful will never suffice. As I cuddle him in our recovery room, with the majestic Wasatch Range towering over us, Mt Olympus stands sentry—reminding me it is now my forever duty to steadfastly counsel and unconditionally love this precious soul.
