Recently recovered work that had slipped thorough the cracks. Thank you @thetenniselbow ! A finished painting for me carries the emotional weight somewhere between a family pet and a favorite T-shirt (depending on the work), so it is straining to not know where a work is in the world. I see my practice as a larger singular work and each individual painting, performance and sculpture is a part of this semiotic system.
