1. “Meu Pedaço de Pecado” by @maeana_
2. “Zitarrosa” by @bajofondo_oficial. This track is great for cooking, writing, dancing, or simply calming yourself. It does it all. I first found Bajofondo when I lived in Buenos Aires and traveled through Uruguay many lifetimes ago.
3. “Sabelo” by @bajofondo_oficial
4. “Tu Rumba” by @cabralu. The music video is also hypnotic.
5. “Tres Deseos - Sesiones de Estudio (En Vivo)” by @churupacaoficial. If you listen to this a few times, it will get stuck in your head, and that’s a good thing. Find the lyrics in the video description.
6. “Aguanta” by @destafrench. Give this one 45 seconds to warm up. It’s audio caramel dripped on curves.
7. “El Estuche” by @aterciopelados
8. “Panamericana” by @fedeaubele. I wrote much of The 4-Hour Body to this album, and I still listen to it often, especially when winding down after a long day or full week.
