Also we have officially started the hiring process for customer service rep. I am also hiring someone to assist with packing! We did have delays due to parts of our shipment being lost with UPS but we retrieved our items and the remainder of the 1st preorder is out and should have updates within 48 hours. We also vlogged footage of the ups disaster 😭 to all my devoted and patient customers. I freaking love you. For being kind and understanding. For allowing us to be better. I will also be working on catching up on customer service some more tomorrow. I have been working until 3 am most nights packing so we can make this right and be caught up. Xoxo - Amanda
