this photo hangs in my office. i found it here years ago and hung it there. it’s a reminder to never take for granted what lies just beyond my door — magical people and magical moments, all to be taken seriously and to be handled with great care. today, on what would have been jimi’s 80th birthday, there is no greater celebration of this place and it’s founder than to say — as i sit quietly in my office — that all rooms are booked. music is being made. it’s how we celebrate our legacy and our future everyday. we do the work. we keep it going. happy birthday, jimi. we’ve got a full house tonight. xx
