Friendly neighbors say hello; there was even a dad in a Santa hat last night pushing a stroller. We passed two little girls in Christmas dresses racing from tree to tree in the park. An elderly neighbor dressed all in red and green was outside sweeping her leaves and told us Truman was a very cute dog. Anja slept in her bassinet. How any of this is real is the greatest gift and mystery.
