Any student who wanted to go to the weights room at Hogwarts could only do it through Dumbbell-dore 😬🙄😜 . . . December 2, 2020: my first official BoxHIIT LIVE....what? Seems like just yesterday @sweatandtonic took a chance on me and brought my version of boxhiit (in a hot room) to the schedule! 78ish classes later & an entirely different me - all of which I owe to each and everyone of you that walks into that 37* room! . . . Even on days I’m not sure I can bring you the energy you deserve, somehow I find it. We have created an incredible space at 7AM. A space in which we collectively bring each other up, push each other, motivate & say “fml, it’s early, but we showed up for a reason - lfg!” . . . What are you doing Thursday? ✌🏼
