This year was truly a whirlwind. It was hard to pick only one stand-out memory per month. In my personal life this year, there are three big stand-out themes: reuniting with my sisters, becoming fiancé, and running marathons 😭♥️ Being a big sister has been such a fundamental part of my identity since I was TWO. And being no-contact with Ameya for a few years was so painful, but in retrospect, was perhaps necessary space for us to learn how to truly cherish each other and our sisterhood. And for that I’m thankful for the time spent apart, bc omg what we have now is so special. Henry and I have been together for 6 years. We met when I was 21, which feels soooo young. It is so young! And I was resistant to taking the next step for a while. But something happened when I turned 26. Suddenly I just kept thinking “WHERE TF IS MY RING!? I’M READY!” And then a week after my 27th bday, he popped the question. And omg it was the happiest day 😭 And lastly, I ran 7 marathons this year!? I know it’s a lot. But this sport has taught me so much about community, valuing rest, discipline and pushing myself. And it’s added a much-needed balance in my life from the uncertain yet exciting roller coaster of building a startup. 2026 is shaping up to be another very eventful one. I’m getting MARRIED. My youngest sister is graduating from college so we will all be building our adult lives as NEIGHBORS in NYC. Anndddd my co @itsaugust is launching in some exciting new stores and entering a very fun chapter. But first, HAWAII! And the Honolulu marathon! I am clearly in my feels on hour 6 of this very long flight. 5 more hours to go lol
