As a Company we have always prioritized employees and their well being. Today's Supreme Court decision galvanized our Board, Management Team and People & Culture leadership into immediate action to expand benefits to cover abortion costs and related travel expenses for any employee in our two brands @neuehouse and @fotografiska . As an only child of a single working mother, growing up poor and with little options available to us (and her), I have always been imbued with the empathy of how difficult life can be for mothers. Today's decision just made it that much more difficult for women. Whilst our Company cannot solve all the world's ills, we certainly can and will act in the best interest of those voices who deserve equitable and fair support.
