Thanks for all the supportive messages about the chargeback issue we posted in our stories! 🙏🏼😭❤️ We are grateful chargebacks are rare for us but definitely want our fellow restaurant peeps to know that it’s happening so take measures to document pickups of big orders! We of course love and appreciate large orders but they do require a lot of attention and time by our small team who are also working on all the walk up orders at the market. When we don’t get paid for them, it is 💔🤯💔Anywayyyyy, we are happy there’s some rain today and we are busy prepping for this Saturday’s Chuseok pickups.
