page 20 from #homebody ♥️ it’s different for everyone but for me, depression was all-encompassing. it turned me into a shell of myself and i used the word “weird” to describe it. “i don’t know i just feel weird.” i would say if someone asked me how i felt. ‘weird’ is a word i use to describe feelings i can’t wrap my head around. in this poem i attempted to find ~the words~ for those feelings in order to have power over them.
