I truly believe self care should be a daily thing, no matter how small 🤎⁣ ⁣ Self care is self love put into action, therefore doing self care is the tangible way we tell ourselves “hey I care about you” 😌 so why not do that daily?⁣ ⁣ and remember that self care doesn’t always have to be glamorous - self care can be reorganizing your bathroom or filling your pill case or binging Gilmore Girls. 🤷🏼‍♀️ but it can also be bubble baths and skincare and hair masks and sunset walks ✨ ⁣ ⁣ what’s your favorite form of self care??
