I’m back in Copenhagen after two intense but unforgettable weeks of @worldclass. Looking back on the experience makes me want to share the cocktails I served in Sydney 🦘 First up is one of two cocktails for the Don Julio challenge. We were to honor ‘the land’ with this cocktail 🍸 I chose to celebrate the meadows of Kalvebod Fælled right outside our door and more specifically the route we take Karl for his naps. I wish to teach Karl about the nature he’s growing up surrounded by and so this cocktail is a promise to that 🌿 The cocktail is called ‘The Mild Mile’ and it’s made from seasonal ingredients literally found and foraged on ‘the mild mile’.
