Drill 1: prone arch to hollow lifts
This one really helps your reinforce proper positioning and build the necessary strength and body awareness at the same time! πͺπΌ

Drill 2: band assisted handstand hold
I like the band better than the wall because it allows you to find your hollow position and work on balance. π€Έπ»ββοΈ

Drill 3: wall facing planche leans
This is a great one to help you learn how to press tall and build strength. πͺπΌ

Drill 4: back to wall pull aways
I actually think this one is the hardest!
Pulling yourself into a straight line from an arch is hard! π₯΅ Ideally, we would avoid arching all together, but it is important to know how to straighten it out!
