Add chopped asparagus (leave half the tops out for garnishing), and garlic, sauté for 5 to 8 minutes until asparagus is tender. 3. Add water, bullion cube & s+p, bring to a boil. Then lower heat and simmer for 20 minutes 4. Once cooked, remove from heat, and blend together with an emulsion blender, add cream 5.
