B U D E S E A P O O L 📍 Happy national beach day 🏖 I love these national days, gives me a reason to share my work but this particular beach is a little different to most. It’s found in the Cornwall town, Bude and is called Summerleaze Beach and what is so special about this place is that it has its own sea pool! How insane is that?! 🌊 This pool was built back in 1930s and a fun fact every spring the Pool is drained for up to 3 weeks for vital maintenance, including sea wall repairs, with tonnes of rocks, sand and stones being removed! As you can see the tide is in here when we visited on bank holiday weekend so it’s hard to distinguish between the sea and the pool but we was also greeted with this amazing sunset so I couldn’t resist sharing this today 🌅
