Don’t be alarmed if this is how I show up on zoom 2-5. keeping up with my holiday traditions of @bergdorfs shoe & ornament shopping, and trying all the hot chocolates in the city 9-11. its the year end so there’s a lot of gatherings and lots of occasions to wear makeup (slides 6-8 proof that I am a sucker for holiday collections) and when your skin looks good, your confidence naturally gets a boost. Something about this winter took me out and I needed to pay a visit to my girls @cynthiarivasskincare and @sykskin for a gentle facial that made me feel like a million bucks after. Another treatment that I didnt talk enough about was Sofwave I got back in August with @dr.david.kim @sohoderm. It’s a non-invasive high frequency ultrasound treatmnt that helps tighten the skin with no downtime. I think results can vary depending on what practitioner you see and David is who I can trust. I saw results improving around the post 8 week mark. I am planning to do very few skin treatments next year (maybe 2-3) and one of them is going to be Sofwave again. 12. 13 wishes, 12 magical nights for winter solstice!!!
