Influenced by our travels across Bavaria, Bohemia and Alpine European retreats, our new haus in Liverpool will host Albert’s Cook Haus & Bier Palace, Ludwig’s Tavern (a mezzanine space dedicated to Alpine Schnapps & Vermouths), Coffee Roastery, Haus of Schloss merch store, roaring fires, Seven Days of raucous musical performances, tankards of Europe’s finest biers and so much more. We’ve just installed our stained glass atrium, spanning the length of our centre-stage bar. Big on sustainability our palace has features reclaimed from German schools, monasteries and even the chapel where Albert & Victoria tied the knot. It’s going to be Wünderbar.
