8/30/24 Today marks one year since my moms passing. But more importantly, today marks one year since the birth of the most beautiful guardian angel one could ever have. Though she is not here physically anymore, I know she is still with me in everything I do. I am so blessed to have an angel as divine and amazing as she, and with that, I find peace. Growing up, when I would get scared, she would tell me, "light always beats darkness." These words really stuck with me. When scared of the dark, I would remember that just turning on a light would overcome that darkness. Now, she is my light in the darkness of this world. I know I can overcome anything set in my path with the bright light of her spirit. She is my constant reminder of the beauty of life, and I see her in all beautiful things. I am lucky to have gotten to spend the first 19 years of my life with her here on earth, and am even luckier to get to spend the rest of my life with her here in spirit. Mom, I love and miss you more and more everyday. Until we meet again❤️ xo sydbug
