This is real life. 😕 This hospital stay has been brutal. I’ve been here almost a week, some days feel like a genuine recovery, others I feel like I’m back at the start. 😵‍💫 This admission started as pneumonia but has been down many other paths. I know that movement is essential to recovery. Walking makes my heart and lungs explode. So I went with these simple body movements.
