My photo of the Green Apple Soda featured in @eater yesterday. “Ginsberg’s team achieves such surprisingly sophisticated results” with the Green Apple Soda. Eater got it exactly right. This drink looks almost like sparkling water but with so much flavor. If you’re not much of a drinker like me this is the move.
