When four-year-old Colin isn't dreaming of saving his city, he can be found playing with his cousins and eating chicken nuggets. At such a young age, Colin has been through more than most kids and even adults. He has been bravely battling a brain tumor since he was just three years old. Colin wished to be a firefighter so he could learn about protecting people’s lives and safety. When Colin and his family arrived at the Fire Station in Anaheim, Colin could barely contain his excitement as he gazed at the collection of fire engines in front of him. His wish of becoming a firefighter for a day came true as he sat in a real fire truck and sprayed a fire hose at practice targets. Not only did this wish provide Colin with the strength he needs to continue in his medical journey, it also gave him hope that he can one day become a firefighter and protect his community. @anaheimfireandrescue
