"Malerische Konstellationen," an exhibition of Helen Frankenthaler’s work at Kunsthalle Krems (@kunsthalle.krems), closes today, October 30. The exhibition, whose title translates to "Painterly Constellations", is the first monographic show of the artist's work in Austria. It features seventy-four works on paper alongside a selection of paintings from distinct phases in Frankenthaler’s career. These range in size from intimate to monumental; some reference landscape, while others are resolutely abstract.
