I had no intention of directing (and producing and editing and shooting) another doc so quickly after finishing #40YearsAPrisoner yet here I am one year later as some stories are too special not to tell. I thought I knew something about #juicewrld going into this but I really didn’t - I didn’t understand JUST how much of a sweet, kind, goofy, and UNBELIEVABLY talented kid he really was (he’s the 🐐freestyler and an all-time great artist), nor the depths of his struggles with mental health and drug abuse, and I can’t wait for folks to see his journey for themselves when the film drops on @hbo + @hbomax on Dec 16th.
