Today is my 32nd birthday and I’m so thankful for the journey of the past year. My birthday is usually a highly emotional time for me and I experience mixed feelings of anxiety and but also excitement. This year however, I’m thankful for the transformation going on in my life. 31 was filled with far more highs than lows, and more moments of feeling grateful rather than regret. I’m challenging myself to lean into more moments of peace, focus, and discipline to reach new levels beyond my wildest imagination. I feel so blessed to see another year in good health and living out my dreams daily 🎉
