The Festival of Lights has begun! For our Jewish community, the holiday of Hanukkah started last night with the first candle and will go through eight days with the lights growing brighter with each night. Come Downtown this Saturday Dec 9 at 4:15 at Memorial Plaza for more lights—we will be remembering Diwali, lighting the Menorah for the third night of Hanukkah, the Kinara for Kwanzaa which begins on Dec 26 and of course the big Christmas Tree with Santa joining in! #newro #shoplocal #newrodowntown #newrochelleny
