Join the @cityofbellgardens in their first Renters Workshop to learn more about the new rent stabilization ordinance and tenant protections in Bell Gardens today, Thursday, October 20th from 5-7pm at Ross Hall at Veterans Park for a Tenant Rent Stabilization Ordinance Workshop! The workshop will support tenants in knowing their rights regarding the new rent stabilization ordinance, and review exemptions, catch-up provisions for property owners who are below market rent, substantial improvements provisions, rent increase caps, and just cause eviction provisions.
