The ingredients in Cheez-Its are pretty questionable...we’re talking vegetable oil blends, TBHQ (a petroleum-derived preservative), bioengineered ingredients, and some versions even include MSG and artificial flavors. Personally, I steer clear and go for the Farmhouse Cheddar crackers by Simple Mills instead. They’re made with real, recognizable ingredients and taste amazing. A way better choice for your health 🙌
