First time live teaching since the tour 💃🏼💃🏼💃🏼 basically December 🤯🤯 •• Damn.....it felt good, I seriously MISSSSS TEACHING IRL. My happy place. •• The @fitonapp team is in Scottsdale this week so I got to take them through a little spicy sesh early AM to start their day. And despite maybe not everyone being enthused I was the chosen instructor at the 🍑 crack of dawn 🤣🤣 THEY CRUSHED IT!! •• I filmed a workout for you guys too - so catch that later this week on the feed. Bodyweight HIIT 👀 •• It is WILD to think that September 27, 2018 was the very first time I shot workouts for FitOn. And the very first workouts they shot for the app. 4 YEARS!! 🎉 •• It’s been awesome to see the growth and such an honor to be a part of your movement journey on the app and beyond. Thanks for trusting me with workouts, crazy finishers, and allowing me to ramble on about how important it is to warm up 🤣 how movement is a GIFT, & how proud I am of YOU. •• With a side of saying “wooooo” and “that was spicy” a million times over.
