When we have conversations around change, it depends on who you speak to and how “change” is showing up for them. For many models, they are still not getting #representation backstage on the #hair and #makeup teams at some of their shows. In the last 24 hours, a video went viral that was sent to me from a few people of a natural model #backstage who clearly was not in the right hands. With god blessings, I hope to continue showing up in the industry for my community and being a part of the change we need to see!
