Save this workout for when your ready to get your sexy sweat on!
Do an AMRAP of each of these moves for a minute and then rest for 30 seconds. Repeat for 3 rounds.

AMRAP (as many reps as possible) do each move with as many reps as you can in one minute, then rest for 30 seconds. After your first round rest for 1 minute. 3 rounds total!
π lateral squat press: squat and push your arms out then rise and move to the right, then repeat on the left side
π balancing leg extensions: standing on one leg, extend your legs and arms and then squeeze them together. Repeat on the other side
π weighted squat press: using weight of your choice, squat holding the weight to your chest, come up and raise weight above your head.
π alternating knee raises
πdonkey kicks: hands and knees on your mat and raise your leg to the sky, alternate sides
