⚠️TRIGGER WARNING⚠️ I’ve suffered with panic disorder since I was a young girl. I’ve been doing GREAT lately and for that I am so thankful but last night it got me. Whenever I got like this I would call an ambulance. My Apple Watch clocked my heart rate at 190 and warned me. But after dealing with them thousands of times, I KNOW I’m going to be ok and you will too. It’s scary af, no matter if it’s ur 1st or 5,000th time but it’s just your body trying to protect you. Ur not alone in this ❤️
