monday night vibe 🍷 ok so hear me out. I am not doing dry january but I am doing damp january, and ever since I discovered @boisson.sips it has opened my eyes to actually good wine with little-to-no sugar. instead of looking for non-alcoholic wine, I have learned to look for dealcoholized or “alcohol removed” wine because those terms can only be used if there is a 0.5% alcohol by volume or less. this way you are drinking real wine, (grapes are grown, harvested and fermented), but before the wine is bottled, the alcohol is removed by either vacuum distillation and reverse osmosis. and lets be real... better sleep, no hangovers and being mentally healthy sounds good too.
