I’ve spent half of this year speaking to wonderful people on my podcast about their Turds and how they’ve glittered them. It has been a total honour and joy to have these conversations and to be reminded that cancer is just one brand of turd.. and that humans have an almighty capacity to learn, grow, grieve, shine, overcome WITH and long past turd times. I’ve learnt so much from every single guest and I want to keep learning more. My final guest this side of 2023 is with my dearest friend @fearnecotton who generously shared so much about her ongoing mental health ups and downs with me and you guys. As I say in our chat, what I love so much about Fearne is her desire to remain curious and open, ALWAYS. She doesn’t claim to know it all and have the answers and I think what she’s created with @happyplaceofficial is a way to help HER keep exploring what life is really all about whilst also helping so SO many others glitter their turds.
