I am extremely excited and blessed to have some awesome opportunities coming up. 🙌🏻🔥 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This weekend, I will be speaking on the “Five Pillars of Fitness” at the quarterly Iron Sharpens Iron (@theisiman) Men’s Retreat in Vermillion, OH. 50+ guys will be in attendance with the goal of resetting, connecting, and learning new perspectives through Faith, Fitness, Finance, Faculty, and Family. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Later this month, I will be headed down to the Power Monkey Fitness (@powermonkeyfitness) camp and will be co-coaching contrast therapy sessions with @sisu_sauna and Wyatt from @icebarrel.
