It’ll be fun it’ll be muddy gizeh muñiz carries within their body their work with Kathleen Hermesdorf, Sara Shelton Mann, and a decade of study with Dance, Music and Theater teachers throughout Mexico. Their class is deeply influenced by their study of the role of the body in holistic human development, which includes Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and close work with infants and young children who have not yet forgotten how to breathe. gizeh’s teaching, invites participants to move from their fluid body and to find a strong yet soft physicality that allows the body to find flow and ease.
