Ingredients🍫:
- 1 can drained chickpeas
- 30g raw cocoa powder
- 4 tbsp almond flour (substitute for oat / wholemeal / coconut flour)
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 30g peanut butter
- 2 tbsp tahini (substitute for more peanut butter)
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- Dark chocolate chips & coconut flakes (optional)
Instructions🍫:
- Drain the can of chickpeas and blend well in a blender
- In a large bowl or food processor, mix the blended chickpeas with the dry ingredients
- Add the wet ingredients and mix well
- Pour mixture into a baking dish
- Sprinkle chocolate chips & coconut flakes on top
- Bake for 30 mins
