I heard a podcast a few years ago that shook me. @edmylett said “you gain self confidence and self trust by following through with the things you tell yourself you’re going to do or not do.” 🤯 So maybe, if you think you lack self confidence you’re actually lacking self trust. Try following up with the little daily tasks, (like eating more veggies or folding the laundry!) and let that snowball into the secret things you tell yourself you want to do like starting a business, writing a book or making a big move.
