Moves: Try 2-4 sets of 15 reps (start with 2 & add over time) Move 1. Circle Upright Rows: great for mobility & strength in the Shoulder & Chest 2. Circle Curls: great for mobility & strength in the Biceps 3. Reverse Fly to T-Press: great for mobility & strength in the Back & Shoulders (excellent for posture!)
