I took inspiration from the beat of our own Mother Earth. Creating a ceremonial space that provided for our psyche to feel safe, calm, creative, connected, and kind to oneself and others. I believe by creating an environment that is open to the senses, we can achieve a dialogue that is in support of good mental health and preventing distress as nature is vital in keeping us emotionally, psychologically and physically healthy.
