Who’s been there 😅 TIP OF THE DAY📢🚨 Credit @haleyyevanss If you’ve ever colored extension hair you know exactly what I’m talking about! Some of my favorite things to do to make sure my wefts don’t go a funky color: ✨add gold to your formula. I personally like 2 parts neutral to 1 part gold ✨saturate, saturate, saturate! Sometimes those funky colors appear when you aren’t using enough product! ✨use less water when you’re blurring lines. We love water for softening harsh lines when rooting, BUT if you’re using too much, those pink or purple tones tend to come through at the blending point. I like just enough water to add some extra slip! ✨when in doubt, fill your wefts first. If I’m working with a light blonde weft and I’m finding that it’s going purple every time I put a level seven root on, I will fill it with an 8 or 9 gold first.
