It may be September but we are not quite done with summer just yet! 😯 🎥: @heykalsang ☑️ SAVE this for future hike From Seattle, the drive is less than 3 hours and 35 minutes from Leavenworth. 📍Colchuck Lake trail, Washington 🚗 Parking lot gets busy very fast. We arrived at 7am and the lot was completely full. We parked two miles from the trailhead. The road up to the trailhead is a very bumpy so take it slow and you’ll be fine. 🥾Length: 9 miles (out and back) + 2 miles walk from where we parked. This trail is also a starting point for the beautiful enchantment hike which we hope to do in the future. 📈Elevation Gain: 2,316 ft. Lots of big rocks and roots. A gradual incline and most of the trail is going up is uphill. 🎟Pass Required: Northwest Forest Pass or $5 day pass. Please make sure to print your pass and have it on display. 🐶 not allowed 🚫 🚽 available at the start of the trail and one along the trail too 👉🏼 Remember to PACK it in and PACK it out.
