✨Skip the makeup. Makeup mixed with sweat can clog your pores especially if you have acne prone skin.
✨Try to take a shower as soon your workout ends. Leaving all the sweat, dirt & bacteria can cause acne/folliculitis. Opt for an acne body wash like Benzoyl peroxide if you already have acne/folliculitis on your chest, back or butt. Leave it on for a few mins before rinsing!
✨Outdoor workouts are amazing, but it’s important to wear a sunscreen with SPF of at least 30 and stay in the shade as much as you can. You can also opt for sun protective workout clothing for maximum protection!
