Today I honor the extraordinary legacy of @janegoodallinst....a woman whose life’s work has transformed the way we see animals, nature, and our responsibility to this planet. Her tireless advocacy and profound connection with chimpanzees inspired generations to look deeper, care more, and act with compassion. For me, her story was never just about science; it was about heart, courage, and the belief that every being deserves dignity and respect. My mother @vickyossio , an animal advocate herself, carried this same flame of compassion. She instilled in me the values of protecting and speaking up for those without a voice ....values she drew, in part, from Jane’s groundbreaking example. Together, they showed me that advocacy begins with love and ripples outward into action. Jane’s legacy reminds us that one person truly can make a difference.
