.When groups that are marginalised don’t get a seat at the table, but are continuously used as a lazy tick box exercise for brands to look good, or look like they’re they’re doing the job face value, it’s wack, annoying and extremely frustrating. When you think we’re moving forward, you’re taking 10 steps back at the same time. We don’t need lip service and the fake face value token person.
