New Programmes Coach Tilda did her first peer-to-peer coaching observation today. She observed Kieran's AP session, here is what she said, "Peer-to-peer observation is useful as it gives an opportunity to see how other coaches tackle situations, sometimes in a better way than you would. It also means that when you next coach you can take those ideas and improve your own coaching. Today I enjoyed getting to see how the coaches got the kids working together and enjoying the session, especially the time trail they did at the end and how happy they were when they beat the target time!" @henleyroyalregatta
